Detlef Olschewski’s images are the results of processes of creation between the poles of experience and experiment. These processes put into effect most of the part tediously and allows the final work to form only gradually.
So it is actually a constant search for new visual forms and opportunities. He rejects a narrative or even illustrative visual language.
